What are you least proud of?
This is an opportunity to speak openly about setbacks or failures. By clearly identifying these issues, you show that you can also be self-critical and reflect on your shortcomings. Make sure that whatever it is you are least proud of is not a key requirement of the job.
Failure is not necessarily a negative thing. Be honest but focus on the positive aspects of failure. Emphasise what you have learned from the failure and what you can do better in the future. How might this provide the employer with added value?
If you have the feeling that the atmosphere is right, a humorous tone never goes amiss! Are you not too pleased with your cookery skills? Then you're probably not proud of your Bolognese ;).
