Our department within Active Directory & Collaboration Support is expanding and we are now hiring three Microsoft 365 Support Engineers.

As M365 Support Engineer you will be the specialist on applications provided by Microsoft M365 service. The Support Engineer is specialised in end user related support, providing expertise regarding functionality and coordinates analysis of complex incidents cross departments.

Your main responsibilities
As a Microsoft 365 Enterprise Support Engineer you will be responsible of managing service requests and support end users regarding M365 applications and the collaboration service. You will coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of cases between departments to find the right person being able to support. You provide expert support and contribute to spreading knowledge within the organizations, and also come up with process improvements with Service Desk and underlying service providers.


 

Ihr Profil


 

We believe that you have a technical degree (Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or equivalent) and/or relevant tech experience. Good knowledge in Microsoft 365 Enterprise applications and provided services. You have the ability to build trust and confidence and to be a team player in an international team. Further qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate with technical experts and customers
  • Good language skills in English
  • Microsoft Certified Associate related to Microsoft 365 is beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of infrastructure services and technologies
  • Basic knowledge in Active Directory Services
  • Basic knowledge in ITIL and IT security

Location
Germany (Berlin), Sweden (Stockholm) or Poland (Katowice or Gliwice).
